• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills to interact with physicians and co-workers.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of personnel.
• Knowledge of SIS including OR scheduling and intraoperative record applications.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, facilitate, and monitor Perioperative Services business operations.
• Collaborate with the Perioperative Services team to align financial goals with Hawai‘i Pacific Health mission.
• Ensure fiscally viable and optimal service delivery in perioperative areas.
• Provide leadership and support to achieve Perioperative Services strategic and operational plans.
