US Lawns is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for the role of Assistant Nurse Manager and Operating Room Nurse Educator at Hilo Benioff Medical Center. This position emphasizes high-quality patient care through staff education and clinical leadership, aiming to enhance surgical services across the East Hawaiʻi region.

The ideal candidate will need a current RN license in Hawaii, with a focus on leadership, quality improvement, and operational excellence in the operating room.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1.5 years of professional nursing experience required.
• 4–5 years of Operating Room experience preferred.
• Experience with quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver education and training programs for staff.
• Serve as a clinical expert and mentor for nursing staff.
• Function as charge nurse and manage staffing based on patient acuity.
• Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with standards.
