Responsibilities

• Use financial indicators to create reports, analyses, conclusions and recommendations for operational efficiencies.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care within perioperative Orthopedic, Neuro or Thoracic service lines.
• Provide post-surgery care and discharge instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete tasks and projects.
• Generate operational reports on a periodic and scheduled basis.
• Support quality initiatives and patient service excellence.
