Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• WA Registered Nurse license current (compact allowed).
• 5+ years recent acute care nursing experience.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• Recent Pre-op/Phase II nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Rhythm interpretation competency may be required in first week for selected units.

This unit is responsible to prepare patients for surgical procedures. Patient populations include Cardio/Thoracic, Gynecology/Oncology, Bariatric, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and General Surgery.**Per diem****Day shift 0****530-1400 / Evening shift 1300-2130 /Sat/Sun 0530-1400****3 8-hour shifts or combination of 4, 8, 10, & 12 hour shifts per 4 week schedule****1 summer holiday call shift and 1 winter holiday call shift required****Qualifications*** Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred.* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
