Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Pre-Operative department. The position runs 13 weeks, with a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift and a 12-hour day.

The unit contains 9 preoperative and 5 recovery beds, with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, offering growth and collaboration with staff. The role requires minimum 2 years of current acute care Pre-Op RN experience, BLS/ACLS, and on-call duties; Meditech EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phase 2 recoveries of urology, GYN, and other same-day surgery patients
• Assist with pre-op surgeries, endoscopy, catheter lab, electrophysiology, and outpatient infusions
• On-call duties with a 30-minute response time; two 10-hour on-call shifts every 8 weeks
• Unit details: 9 preoperative beds and 5 recovery beds; 1:3 nurse to patient ratio
