Description:Position is for a Pre/Post Operative RN. The average daily census is 25 in a 5-room unit. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience are required. First-timers are accepted for this role. Certifications required include ACLS and BLS. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs. The schedule can accommodate a block schedule if needed. Candidates must have an active Illinois license in hand to apply. RTO restrictions are ideally no more than 5 days. Candidates must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Float requirements may include floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities. Local candidates are accepted for all specialties except for operating room registered nurse positions. Candidates must disclose background check findings upon submission. Module completion is required prior to start date. The first day of the assignment will include virtual orientation. All required modules must be completed by 4:00 PM CST on the first day.
