Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN - OR for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are day shifts, 8-hour days in an operating room setting with responsibilities covering Pre-surgery and PACU. Requires a valid RN license and BLS (AHA).

Minimum of 2 years in relevant specialties and ability to scrub in and assist during surgeries. Call requirements rotate, with preparation for STAT cases and a brief orientation period.

Qualifications

• Experience with general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urology, podiatry, and cardiology cases.
• Experience covering Pre-surgery and PACU (PATT) environments.
• Ability to scrub in and assist during surgeries.

Description:RNs will work in a surgical environment.The unit has 4 surgical suites but runs 3 concurrently.RNs will cover Pre-surgery/PATT and PACU.The average number of cases per day is 9.Call requirements are rotated among trained RNs, approximately 5 days per month.Weekday call runs from 1430 to 0630.Weekend call runs from 1430 on Friday until 0630 on Monday.RNs must be prepared to respond and make incision within 30 minutes or less for STAT cases.Scrubs will be provided.This job requires a week-long orientation for unit-specific training.All clinicians must clock in and out while on duty.The cancellations policy allows clients to cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
