Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a registered nurse with pediatric experience for a 26-week MS unit. The role requires a California RN license, BLS and PALS certifications, and the ability to work both day and night shifts with a 12-hour schedule.

The candidate should have Pediatric Med/Surg and Step Down experience, be able to float to multiple locations, and be comfortable working holidays when scheduled. Interdisciplinary teamwork is essential to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

Description:We are seeking a registered nurse with experience in pediatrics.The position requires the ability to work both day and night shifts, with a combination of these within a 4-week scheduling period.Flexibility is required to float to multiple locations as needed.Applicants must be willing to work during Christmas and New Year's holidays if scheduled.CPI certification is preferred.Experience with a patient ratio of 4:1 is necessary.Candidates should have experience with various pediatric care skills, including but not limited to:

• Management of respiratory care
• Infection prevention
• Central line and peripheral line management
• Infection precautions and PPE compliance
• Care of patients with seizure disorders
• Administration of medications and IV therapy
• Behavioral health support

The unit provides interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.The patient population includes infants, toddlers, adolescents, and young adults with diverse medical needs.Candidates should have teaching hospital experience.This position requires the ability to adapt to a changing environment and diverse patient needs.The nursing team works collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
