Description:RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.Call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could result in a cancellation.A minimum commitment of 20 weeks is required to help staff through the holidays.Travelers with 2 years of experience will be accepted, including first-time travelers.Local candidates are welcome.The target patient ratio is 1:5-6.The role requires 36 hours per week.Shifts are 12 hours from 06:45 to 19:15.RTO is a maximum of 7 days for auto approval.There is no call requirement.Candidates must be willing to float to different units including ICU and NICU.Weekends will be required every other week.The patient demographic includes ages 0-17 and encompasses medical-surgical patients and hematology/oncology cases.Unit systems utilized include electronic health records and medication management systems.Essential skills include monitoring chemotherapy, managing pediatric patients, and performing phlebotomy.Interdisciplinary support will be available from various specialized services.Candidates must be open to floating within the facility.References may be pending at submission.Pre-start training modules must be completed prior to beginning work.
