Cynet Health is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. The role requires a valid RN license, 2+ years of experience in pediatrics, and certifications in PALS and BLS. NICU cross-training is preferred.

Shifts are three 12-hour shifts per week (07:00–19:00), with Meditech for documentation and a patient load of 2–3 per RN. Unit supports eight beds; weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.

• PALS and BLS certifications required.

• Provide pediatric nursing care on an eight-bed unit.

Description:This position is for a registered nurse specializing in pediatrics.The unit consists of 8 beds with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 2-3 patients per RN.The maximum ratio is 4:1 due to the unit's capacity.Unit secretaries will be present for visitor check-in, along with nurse externs and patient care technicians as needed.Type of equipment includes Alaris pumps.The documentation system utilized is Meditech.Candidates are expected to work full-time hours, which consist of three 12-hour shifts per week.Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.There are no on-call requirements.Floating may occur within women's and children's service lines, including NICU during low census in pediatrics.The facility offers a comprehensive range of pediatric services within the community.Various procedures are performed on the unit depending on the patient population.Professional development opportunities and recognition for outstanding team contributions are available.
