Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an RN for Pediatrics to provide direct patient care within the pediatric service line, emphasizing nursing process and outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Texas RN license (or compact), BLS, and PALS within 6 months; at least one year of acute care experience in the last three years; BSN within 24 months of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.
• Texas RN license or compact license.
• Current BLS provider.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Minimum of one year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
• If hired after 6/1/12, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.

Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license

• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider
• Effective 1/1/2014 PALS required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Minimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required.
