Job summary

PediCare Nursing Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for an immediate pediatric private duty nursing opportunity in Brandon, MS. You will provide one-on-one care to a pediatric patient in the home, with shifts that fit around other work or school commitments.

The role offers incentive pay ($35/hour) for eligible shifts Oct 1 through Nov 30, with regular rate $30/hour outside the incentive period. Available shifts include weekday evenings, overnights, and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Mississippi RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current TB screening.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
• Pediatric, private duty, G-tube or seizure-care experience is preferred, but qualified RNs with a desire to learn pediatric private duty nursing are encouraged to apply.

PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate private duty nursing opportunity with a pediatric patient in Brandon, MS 39047.

RNs working this case will receive $35/hour for eligible shifts worked October 1 through November 30. Regular rate is $30/hour outside of the incentive period.

This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent evening or overnight hours, weekend shifts, or additional nursing hours that work around another job or school schedule.

You’ll provide one-on-one care to one pediatric patient in the comfort of their home — giving you the opportunity to focus on your patient without the competing demands of a traditional hospital or facility setting.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Monday–Friday

• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Saturday–Sunday

• 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage may also be scheduled in 8-hour shifts:
  7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

You do not have to work every available shift. We’re looking for dependable RNs who can provide consistent coverage for one or more of the available shifts each week.

ABOUT THE PATIENT

This is a one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing case with clinical needs that include:

• G-tube feedings and care
• Medication administration
• Seizure precautions and monitoring
• Ongoing nursing assessment and monitoring
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
