Job summary

PediCare Nursing Agency is seeking compassionate pediatric private duty RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes in Mississippi. The role includes self-scheduling and flexible shifts (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN) to fit your life, with a focus on GTube feeds, medications, ADLs, and therapy integration for a 2-year-old patient.

Required are an active Mississippi RN license, current BLS, TB test within 12 months, state background screening, and at least 1 year of nursing

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Mississippi (required).
• Current BLS certification (required).
• Current TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Must meet all state background screening requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered.
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation.
• Educate and support family members on home care techniques and patient needs.
