Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager, combining hands-on pediatric care with leadership and staff development.

As Clinical Manager, you will lead field nurses, conduct in-home assessments, develop care plans, provide supervision, onboarding, and ongoing education while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in pediatrics.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience is required.
• Home health or home care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pittsburgh, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pediatric RN to take the next step in their career by combining hands-on clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and staff development.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in-services and education for field staff
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience required
• Recent bedside nursing experience required
• Home care or home health experience preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
