BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead the Pittsburgh pediatric home care office. The role blends hands-on pediatric nursing with leadership, mentorship, and staff development for a team of field nurses.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing experience.
• Recent bedside nursing experience.
• Home health/home care experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in-services and education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
