BAYADA Home Health Care in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead our pediatric home care team. You will supervise field nurses, coordinate care plans, conduct client assessments, and mentor staff across Berks and Lebanon Counties.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as an RN with pediatric experience, enjoys teaching, and can balance clinical duties with leadership responsibilities. This is a Monday–Friday on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits across Berks and Lebanon Counties.

Clinical Manager (RN) - Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Reading and the surrounding areas.

If you're an experienced RN who is passionate about pediatric care and ready to take the next step in your career, this is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and team development. As a Clinical Manager, you'll support pediatric clients and their families while leading and developing a team of dedicated field nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional care to pediatric clients.

• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties.

• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.

• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.

• Support the training and development of new and tenured nurses.

• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nurses, clients, and families.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of nursing experience.

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning and developing these skills.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric clients and their families.
