Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, one-on-one care for two pediatric brothers with complex medical needs. This full-time or part-time role features day shifts on Thursdays and Fridays 7a-7p and overnight coverage 7p-7a.

The RN will manage tracheostomy and ventilator care, administer meds, monitor seizures, and support family training. Prior home health experience and pediatric high-acuity exposure are preferred; the team emphasizes high-quality,

Job description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with two pediatric brothers in the home setting for full-time or part-time opportunities.

Days: Thurs and Fri 7a-7p

Overnights: 7p - 7a

Salary: $45 - $55/hr

Start of care date currently unknown. We are anticipating sometime in the month of October/November 2026 while we await updates on patients progress toward discharge from the hospital.

Preference for nurses with homecare experience, and experience working with high acuity pediatrics, including Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience in the home setting. Pediatric homecare experience also preferred. Ideal schedule would be one nurse working with both brothers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.


• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).


• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.


• Current BLS card.


• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
