Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years RN experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Growth mindset and desire to develop as a healthcare leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team while staying connected to patient care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.
• Supervise and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they grow.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA pediatric home care office as an RN Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties. As a Clinical Manager, you'll combine your clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and care coordination while developing the skills needed for continued advancement within BAYADA.

What You'll Do

As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead, develop, and inspire a team while staying connected to patient care. Your day may include:

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
