Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across hospital settings. You will plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to the medical plan and policies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

We value professionalism, integrity, and ongoing improvement. Must hold Tennessee RN license, BLS and ACLS, and have 2 years hospital experience; diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing evidenced by verification of state licensure.
• Diploma preferred.
• Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment are preferred.
• Current Tennessee or Compact State RN license; BLS and ACLS required; if not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information concerning patients and their families.
• Follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care.
• Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner.
• Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.
• Educates and adheres to patient bill of rights.
