Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting
• Active RN license and BCLS required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and hospital policies
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to develop and evaluate care plans
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
