Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN licensure and current BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with nursing policies and care plans.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety standards.
• Documents care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
