Northwest Health - Porter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in the Ortho unit. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with the care team, and support families throughout the care journey.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and student loan contributions up to $20,000, with relocation assistance for eligible candidates. A strong focus on safety, infection control, and quality improvement guides daily practice.

Qualifications

• RN license required for state or compact licensure.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• 0–2 years in clinical nursing or acute care rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
