Job summary

HCA Florida Capital Hospital seeks a Manager Intermediate Care to lead patient care delivery, drive quality improvements, and influence outcomes across units. You will partner with the Department Director on staffing, budgets, and performance initiatives.

The role requires an active RN license (BSN preferred) and the ability to manage a high-acuity unit in a fast-paced hospital setting in Tallahassee, FL. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure is required to practice as a nurse in active duty roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer, analyze and appraise patient care within the Department.
• Advise Department Director on patient care status, budget projections and quality improvement.
• Coordinate and collaborate with department staff to fulfill the mission of Capital Hospital.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
