Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2BCE Intermediate Unit on the 2nd floor, a 34-bed unit specializing in Progressive Care. The role is full-time (36 hours weekly) on day shifts from 7am to 7pm, with benefit eligibility and sign-on bonuses for experienced applicants.

Self-scheduling is available to support flexible staffing. The RN will provide direct nursing care from admission to discharge, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality,

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Baptist Health Floyd is Pathway to Excellence designated.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as on-shift team member delivering patient care to meet patients, families, and co-workers.
