Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Nurse Manager for the 2BCE Intermediate Unit (PCU) in New Albany, IN. The role oversees staff, budgets, schedules and equipment, providing leadership aligned with hospital policies and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has BSN or MSN, IN RN license, 3 years nursing experience and supervisory background. This is a day-shift, full-time position with competitive benefits and Pathway to Excellence designation support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited BSN or MSN program.
• Current IN RN license required.
• Three years nursing experience required.
• One year charge nurse or supervisory experience required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• National leadership certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise staff in the department, programs, budgets, schedules, payroll, and equipment.
• Provide leadership through communication and relationship-building.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards of the hospital within the unit.
• Collaborate with Director to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
