Description:Looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an Intermediate Care setting.Candidates should have experience with a patient ratio of 1:4.Float requirements are in place, and weekend shifts will be necessary.The nurse will be responsible for managing diverse patient care needs, including the administration of medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing support to patients.Experience with trauma level I is preferred.Essential skills include managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line management, and interpretation of arterial blood gases.Candidates should also be proficient in monitoring chemotherapy and managing insulin and cardiac drips.Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.This position is suitable for individuals with experience in a fast-paced environment who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
