ARMStaffing in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for Inpatient Rehabilitation on the night shift. The RN will ensure the nursing care plan is followed, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and uphold safety and quality standards in accordance with hospital policies.

You will perform timely assessments, coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and a positive work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum two years bedside clinical experience.
• BLS Certification is required prior to the first shift.
• ACLS certification is required prior to the first shift (CIRH only).

• Identify patient teaching needs and collaborate with patients/families and the interdisciplinary team.

Night shift: 3x12.0 hours, 19:00 - 07:00.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring that the nursing care plan is followed. The RN will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. With a focus on patient and employee safety, the RN will integrate safety protocols into daily practices to provide superior patient care in accordance with Select Medical’s core values.
