Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a PCU RN for a 13-week contract in Odessa, TX. The role involves night shifts (12-hour) with potential float to medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, and critical care units based on census. Must adhere to unit ratios and maintain accurate charting around patient care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in nursing, a valid nursing license, and relevant certifications. Travel experience is a plus, and shifts may begin in early October with vaccines per facility policy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• May float to medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, and/or critical care units as needed.
• Maintain patient care load according to unit ratios (6:1 on med-surg/telemetry, 2:1 in critical care).
• Be available for early October shifts and travel is a plus.

Description:High-level PCU RNs needed.Will support medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, and/or critical care patients.May float to these areas if low census.Medical-surgical/telemetry ratios are 6:1.Critical care ratios are 2:1.Must be available for early October shifts.COVID-19 vaccine is not required.Flu vaccine is required; medical and religious exemptions are allowed.Charting experience with specific systems is preferred.Travel experience is a plus.
