Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week PCU assignment. The RN will deliver inpatient adult care with a focus on cardiac telemetry, working 12-hour nights in a 3x12 schedule, every other weekend, with float coverage as needed.

Candidates must hold a current RN license and have a minimum of two years’ education from an accredited School of Nursing, plus BLS and ACLS certifications or equivalents.

Qualifications

• Cardiac telemetry care experience required.
• Strong foundation in nursing theory and practice.
• Experience caring for patients with MI, CHF, COPD, strokes and arrhythmias.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including those with MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and other conditions requiring closer cardiac monitoring and assessment

Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The role incorporates essential functions adapted from established nursing standards of practice. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice. Experience in cardiac telemetry care is essential. Strong assessment skills and the ability to work with diverse patients are necessary for success in this role.
