Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for the Progressive Cardiac Care Unit on a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis. The role provides care to a highly acute cardiac patient population, including heart failure and post-catheterization patients, in a fast-paced, team-based setting.

Shifts are 07:00 AM–07:30 PM, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Candidates must hold an RN license and have 1 year of experience, plus BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification.

Qualifications

  • RN license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • NIH certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Description:Join our family of dedicated, highly skilled medical progressive care associates.We work together as a team to support each other.Our associates are flexible, hard-working, and compassionate.Progressive Cardiac Care Unit nurses provide care to a highly acute population of cardiac progressive patients.The environment is fast-paced and requires a high level of skill and knowledge.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge in a highly specialized and rewarding setting.You will be responsible for providing care to patients with heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, post-catheterization, cardiac arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular conditions.You will also care for patients pre-surgical for procedures such as VAD, transplant, and CABG.The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 on days and nights.This role offers the chance to work with a highly acute patient population, fostering a mentoring environment for ongoing professional development.
