Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week PCU assignment in Burlingame, CA. The role requires 2+ years of RN experience and 1 year in ICU/Step Down, with a California RN license and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.

The RN will work day shifts (12-hour shifts) in a Step Down unit, manage telemetry, administer medications and IV drips, and collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year ICU or Step Down experience.
• Current California RN Licensure.
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with medical cardiology patients.
• Post-cardiac catheterization care, neuro/stroke care.
• Telemetry and charting systems proficiency.
• Weekend availability may be required.

• Familiarity with cardiac drips, including dobutamine, dopamine, and milrinone is a plus

Description:The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in a Step Down unit.The role will require expertise in managing a variety of medical conditions.The nurse will assess and monitor patient conditions and provide interventions as needed.Responsibilities will include the administration of medications and drips as prescribed.The nurse will also evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and collaborate with the healthcare team.Skills in telemetry and proficiency in using charting systems are required.Experience with patient ratios of 3:1 is expected for both days and nights.Strong knowledge of isolation precautions and telemetry monitoring is essential.The nurse will participate in interdisciplinary support and communicate effectively with patients and their families.Professionalism and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory in this role.Flexibility to work weekends is required.The successful candidate will be dedicated to patient-centered care and will strive for excellence in nursing practice.
