Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week PCU assignment in Burlingame, CA. The role requires 2+ years of RN experience and 1 year in ICU/Step Down, with a California RN license and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.

The RN will work day shifts (12-hour shifts) in a Step Down unit, manage telemetry, administer medications and IV drips, and collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year ICU or Step Down experience.
• Current California RN Licensure.
• BLS (AHA), ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with medical cardiology patients.
• Post-cardiac catheterization care, neuro/stroke care.
• Telemetry and charting systems proficiency.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Step Down patients with telemetry.
• Assess, monitor, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and drips as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and families.
• Ensure safety protocols and patient isolation precautions.
