Description:Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs, telemetry, and critical metrics.Perform regular assessments and recognize subtle changes in patient conditions.Initiate necessary interventions or life-saving measures.Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.Care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those with complex conditions.Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families on diseases, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing care and patient responses.Provide specialized care for vent patients and stroke patients requiring neuro checks.Participate in collaboration with physicians and therapists for optimal patient outcomes.
