The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Nurse Care Coordinator to collaborate with physicians, staff, and health care professionals for an assigned patient population. You will ensure appropriate care, promote team communication, and travel to MUSC downtown Charleston over 50% of the time.

Applicants must reside in South Carolina and be a registered nurse with required licensure and BLS certification. This role involves direct patient interaction and coordination across care teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and three years related nursing experience.
• RN licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Some positions require ANA generalist certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or Red Cross BLS is required.
