Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care in collaboration with the patient care team, assess needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes for patients.

You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, families and healthcare providers, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support ongoing professional development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop care plans, and deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies.
