Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines
• Monitor nursing personnel adherence to job responsibilities and performance standards
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing staff maintain high-quality care and service standards
• Address and escalate nursing staff complaints or grievances to the DON as needed
