Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, NJ is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to support the nursing leadership in daily operations across all shifts. You will monitor staff performance and participate in surveys to uphold high-quality resident care.

Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $43/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines
