Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a proactive RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team that values every voice and delivers individualized, high quality, safe patient care. You will work in a clinical environment guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based standards, with governance support from nurse leaders and managers.

The RN must hold an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), be licensed in Georgia or a compact state, and have a minimum

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (Nurse) or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia or Compact.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside shift reports, rounds, and education.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and Wellstar policies.
