Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for a day shift in Georgia. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, individualized patient care in a supportive environment.

The role requires licensing as an RN in Georgia and current BLS certification, with a focus on evidence-based practice and compassionate, patient-centered care. Training and governance are integral to the Wellstar model.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia and BLS certification.
• Clinical hours completed during nursing program; direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process to deliver individualized patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with cultural and demographic needs.
• Collaborate with patients and families to set goals and plans of care.
• Coordinate safe, quality patient care and documentation across the care team.
• Engage in performance improvement and participate in shared governance.
