Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System in Georgia works as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. You will practice under nurse managers and leaders, guided by evidence-based practice and the Wellstar Professional Practice Model.

You will uphold patient voice, safety standards, and shared governance while supporting service excellence across the care continuum and collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and care managers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, diploma, or BSN preferred.
• RN license required; multi-state compact preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes.
• Document care accurately and support governance and quality improvement.
