Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited RN program (Bachelor's or Associate's degree)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
