Job summary

Qualifications

• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and conducts timely EHR documentation.
• Possibly administers medications and therapies per protocols; may float to meet patient care needs.
