• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients, families and staff.
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Education for patients and caregivers about conditions and treatments.
• Administration of medications and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up.
• Clinical assessment and nursing diagnosis capabilities.
• Accurate health information documentation.
• BLS certification from a recognized organization.
• NJ RN license in good standing.
