Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a nurse at the beginner practitioner level to provide professional nursing care based on the nursing process and patient-family centered care. You will act as the primary nurse for patients on the unit, coordinate care with other disciplines, and perform duties with specialized skills as assigned by the unit.

The role requires current BLS certification, and education ranging from a diploma program to an associates degree, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct professional nursing care to patients.
• Acts as primary nurse for patients on the unit and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Documents patient response and progress in EMR.
• Ensures patient safety and quality through teamwork and communication.
