Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates direct care in accordance with patient/family-centered care and nursing process.
• Safely administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Organizes priorities and communicates patient needs during handoffs.
• Documents patient responses and progress in EMR; supports quality and safety initiatives.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to plan and deliver care.
