HealthNet in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units. You will assess, monitor, administer medications, collaborate with care teams, and support procedures while delivering compassionate service.

This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts and may require travel between health centers as needed. A strong nursing license, BLS, and ASN/BSN are preferred; HealthNet offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• ASN required to practice in Indiana.
• BSN preferred as additional qualification.
• Active Indiana RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification through AHA required.
• Experience in a clinical nursing environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist units with equipment, medication, and supply needs.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedures and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain patient documentation and reporting to health department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients.
