Qualifications

• Requires an ASN nursing degree from an accredited program.
• RN license for Indiana is required.
• BLS certification is required; other life-support certifications may be needed per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist units/staff with equipment, medications, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedures and point-of-care testing.
• Handle patient paperwork and administrative duties.
