Qualifikationen

• Additional unit-specific certifications encouraged (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).

• Provide safe and effective nursing care across the care continuum.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, support discharge planning.
• Apply critical thinking to changes in patient condition and initiate interventions.
• Educate patients and families using teach-back to promote engagement and safe transitions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection prevention practices.
• Utilize Health First technology systems for documentation and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives (HRO).
• Support precepting, mentoring, and onboarding of new associates and students.
• Promote bedside communication and rounding (bedside shift report).
