Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an experienced RN for a rewarding clinic setting. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, assist with ADLs, and support the interdisciplinary team in care planning.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, with supervisory exposure and strong documentation skills. The role emphasizes resident-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' status and communicate changes to physicians.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
