Signature HealthCARE Bremen is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a demanding long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides on shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per facility policy.
